The property is situated in a very peaceful spot surrounded by green alpine meadows, which are usually white in the winter. In summer the shops and restaurants around Rigi Kaltbad can be reached in approx. 20 - 30 minutes on foot, and in winter the ski slopes and toboggan runs are easily accessible by train.
The house has 9 double rooms, 2 with bunk beds, five with washbasins. There are a number of cots and extra beds available if necessary. Bathroom with shower and separate WC. A large kitchen, sitting room, (40 m2) which can be partitioned and used for various activities. Large sun terrace, play area and barbecue. The house is heated with solar energy and wood. A separate stove can be used if needed.
