Coach No. 6: The world's first ever cogwheel-locomotive
This elegant coach has served untiringly on the railway for nearly a hundred years. The nostalgic furnishings take you back to the roaring twenties. Coach No. 6 is the world's first ever motor coach for cogwheel railways and, together with the yellow passenger coach No. 35, forms the legendary "Rigi Pullman" train. There are upholstered seats for passengers who like their comfort, good old wooden benches for the more hardy and a fine bar for the steadfast. In fact, there is something for everyone who appreciates a nostalgic, romantic atmosphere. An aperitif will be served by hostesses dressed in original outfits dating from 1911.

Summertime
In fine weather you can ascend Mt. Rigi in an open coach - a double pleasure. In the old-timer cabriolets dating from 1871 to 1875 you can enjoy an uninterrupted view and fresh mountain air.
Colourful
The bright yellow coach No. 35 has been in service since 1899 on the "Queen of the Mountains". Experience the feeling of travelling in the long-forgotten "third class" section. This is perhaps how great-grandfather would have travelled.
Quaint
Artistic painting, intricate wrought iron railings, imaginative design. The "bamboo coach" is a real gem. Twelve slender, vertical bars support the dainty-looking roof. The light, open construction offers a feeling of freedom and fun.
