Status of mountain railways, aerial cableway and hiking trails
The cogwheel trains from Vitznau and Goldau to the top as well as the aerial cable car from Weggis to Rigi Kaltbad are in operation daily according to the the timetable.

Every Friday from December 2nd, 2011 till March 30th, 2012, you can enjoy the world Swiss Fondue in the oldest electric cogwheel-train.

Tobogganing and skiing at night
Every Friday from December 31st, 2010 until February 25th, 2011. On Friday nights, the toboggan run from Rigi Kulm to Staffel and the toboggan run and ski slope at Gratalp (Rigi Kaltbad) are romantically illuminated.
