Europe's oldest mountain railway has been carrying passengers up from Vitznau to Mt. Rigi since 1871. Some of the engines and carriages from those early years have been lovingly and expertly restored. Mt. Rigi Railways is now in possession of one of the world's largest fleets of vintage rolling stock. A steam engine, combined with vintage carriages make the trip up to the "Queen of the Mountains" an exclusive, nostalgic adventure.
