The Great Hallway, the bedroom and part of the kitchen were renovate. The old building fabric (ca 1780) was peeled out in the fall of 2020. Here you really have the feeling to live in an historical building. However, these rooms are poorly heatable. The living room and another bedroom offer the usual living comfort, as does the bathroom. The rooms are quite low, from 1.80 m you need to pull in your head at door beams. The house is ring-heard, floor beams creak, so we ask for night silence from 23:00 h.

Description
Vacation apartment in a 200 year old farmhouse. Authentic design and wonderful lake view. Access to the lake 300 meters away (steep path), public transport (bus station) within 15 minutes walking distance.
With two bedrooms for 4 persons. The village of Arth and Lake Zug are nearby. Arth is an ideal starting point for excursions such as Rigi, Sattel-Hochstuckli, Mythenregion and Stoos.
Conditions/extras
The train line passes about 100 meters from the house (no freight trains, no trains at night), from time to time there is noise from the farm and the house's own rooster.
