Description

A triad of sun, mountains and lake in the heart of Central Switzerland, idyllic and off the villages Vitznau and Gersau directly on the shores of Lake Lucerne. A short walk leads away from the road and traffic into a picture book world. Of course, that everyone gets their money's worth. Thanks to the different buildings, families feel just as well as school classes. A large hall also offers a special setting for a family celebration and the offer of the kitchen can easily keep up with the class of the panorama.

By boat:
From Lucerne to Weggis or Vitznau, change to the bus until bus stop Rotschuo. From there walk about 100 m in the direction of Vitznau.
From Brunnen to Gersau or Vitznau, change to the bus until bus stop Rotschuo. From there walk about 100 m in the direction of Vitznau.

By bus and train:
From Zurich via Arth-Goldau to Brunnen.
From Chiasso through the Gotthard to Brunnen.
From Brunnen by bus no. 2 via Gersau to the bus stop Rotschuo.
From the bus stop on foot approx. 200 m in the direction of Vitznau.

From Basel/Bern via Lucerne to Küssnacht/SZ.
From Interlaken via Brünig and Lucerne to Küssnacht/SZ.
From Küssnacht by bus no. 2 via Vitznau to the bus stop Rotschuo.
From the stop walk about 100 m in the direction of Vitznau.

By car:
On the N4 to Brunnen or Küssnacht am Rigi, continue on the cantonal road towards Gersau/Vitznau. Rotschuo is located in the middle between Gersau and Vitznau. Parking is available on the street at Hostel Rotschuo.

For navigation users: Look for the route by ferry Beckenried-Gersau on the timetable (runs from the end of March till the end of October, last ride from Beckenried approx. 8 pm).

Conditions/extras

Parking CHF 6.00 per night, free from the 4th night.
Self-cooking kitchen for sole use CHF 15.00 for families per night, CHF 100.00 for groups per night. Disposal fee for self-brought drinks CHF 10.00 per room.
