Skiing with kids
The kids ski lifts are closed and looking for the next winter like the kids do too!
Small but stylish. It's certainly possible to ski and snowboard on Mt. Rigi – and how! The three small but perfectly formed skiing areas on Mt. Rigi are a special experience both for beginners and children and for more advanced skiers and lovers of powder snow.
The various children's lifts on Mt. Rigi are perfect for beginners and children learning to ski or snowboard.
Kidsland at Rigi Staffel
The trainer lift at Rigi Staffel, right next to the Rotstock ski lift, is ideal for beginners. Special fun bumps and curved tracks help beginners to learn the sport. Children and adults can spend their breaks in the recreation and play areas.
Pinocchio at Rigi First
Children can have fun at Rigi First on a ski carousel and a small T-bar lift
Holdern children's ski lift, Seebodenalp
With the Holdern children's ski lift, the next generation learn how to ski on a high, sunny plateau above Küssnacht, in a compact skiing area.
Rigi Burggeist children's ski lift
Just beside the Rigi Burggeist mountain hut, the ski stars of the future can make their first turns. And then the short ski lift will take the little ones back up for their next descent.
Rigi Scheidegg children's ski lift
From the sunshine terrace of the Rigi Scheidegg mountain hut, it's easy to keep an eye on your little beginners on the children's lift. The fairly flat children's ski lift is the perfect place to learn to ski.
The Rigi Winter Sports School offers courses for children and beginners so they can learn the technique of skiing.
