Rigi Kulm

Rising to 1797 meters above sea level, Rigi Kulm is the highest peak of Mount Rigi. From here, you can enjoy a view of no fewer than 13 lakes and a regular “sea of peaks”, a 360-degree panorama that is truly the stuff of legend. Just board the cogwheel train in Vitznau or Arth-Goldau, and Rigi Kulm will do the rest to make your outing unforgettable. But that’s not all: A night at the Rigi Kulm Hotel will give you the chance to witness a celestial spectacle without compare: the firework of colors ignited by our sunsets and sunrises.

Let your gaze wander...

...northward first, across Lake Ägeri, Lake Lauerz and Lake Zug towards Zurich, then to the northwest, to the Swiss midlands with yet more lakes, and finally to the (German) Black Forest and the (French) Vosges. Now turn around to behold the towering, snow-capped range of the Alps, something completely different, but breathtaking and fascinating nonetheless.
