The hotel uses no artificial colourings, flavourings or preservatives.

The products can be purchased at the Hotel Edelweiss and make an ideal gift, or a small souvenir to take home from Mt. Rigi.
The Hotel Edelweiss uses 100% Swiss produce in its regional cooking (the only exceptions being salt, nutmeg and coffee), and the dishes are lovingly prepared by hand. The hotel can, therefore, guarantee that no artificial flavourings or additives are used.
