Connection with heaven and earth - in and around us
On Friday evening we will be treated to a delicious Asian meal and then taken into the world of Indian myths by storyteller Roland Gelfert.
On Saturday and Sunday we will experience and enjoy the many colors between heaven and earth in and around us with chakra yoga and can draw knowledge and happiness from them. We arrive deeper and deeper within ourselves.
This gives rise to centeredness, joie de vivre and a healthy basic trust in our own being and creation. Yoga and Spiral Dynamics in harmony give us freedom of movement, healthy alignment and a good sense of physical well-being. Relaxation elements and contemplative meditations allow us to find peace and serenity and gently lead us on a journey of discovery to our center.
Depending on the weather, we can also be enchanted by yoga in the beautiful Rigi nature....
