The nice café is located directly opposite the historic town hall. In the shop you can buy fresh bread and patisserie, but also the famous Gersauer cheese cake.
It is centrally located in the village, on the main square. Here, one also meets many locals who come together for a chat over coffee and cake. Over lunchtime the landlady Marianne offers various snacks and also the Gersauer cheese cake, ham summit or leek strudel with salad.
During the winter months the «Musik im Café Rathaus» takes place. Two to three Sunday afternoons a month play different folk music formations.
The Café Rathaus team is also available for family and club events by appointment.
