The cosy and traditional Bärenstube is an inviting place to relax in the pretty dining room and enjoy a fine meal, in all weathers and at any time of year. Special features of the Bärenstube include its traditional woodcarvings, the welcoming Stammtisch for regular visitors and the friendly staff.

The restaurant is perfectly located for going for a stroll or an easy or more challenging hike, or for fortifying yourself along the way. In winter the hotel is right by the ski slope. The children's ski lift is just below the restaurant so you can keep an eye on your children at all times.

At the Bärenstube Restaurant, the kitchen staff conjure up simple regional meals ranging from very light to more substantial dishes. Using fresh, regional produce is a high priority here.
The Restaurant Bärenstube can be easily reached via various footpaths or by taking the cogwheel railway from Goldau or Vitznau. Coming from Goldau it is about 15 minutes' walk from First-Wölfertschen, while from Vitznau you reach Rigi First by walking for about 20 minutes from Rigi Kaltbad.
