HOW TO REACH GOLDAU
Arrival & Parking Goldau
Arth Goldau station is conveniently located on the Zurich-Milan railway line. It is also close to Lucerne, Zug and Zurich, making it easy to reach from numerous locations.

Arth-Goldau is a hub and easily accessible by public transport from various directions. We therefore recommend traveling by public transport.
Lucerne 30 min. Zurich 40 min. Zurich Airport 1h Lugano 1h 30 min. Milan 2h 45 min. The quickest access to the Mount Rigi Railway Station is via the square of the train station directly to the entrance of the Hochperron at the end of platform 5.

Bus no. 501 from Arth, Lauerz, Schwyz, and Muotathal to bus stop Arth-Goldau, Bahnhof
Bus no. 502 from Arth, Steinen, Schwyz, Brunnen, Gersau, Vitznau and Küssnacht to bus stop Arth-Goldau, Bahnhof
Bus no. 523 from Sattel and Steinerberg to bus stop Arth-Goldau, Bahnhof
Bus no. 526 from Rotkreuz to bus stop Arth-Goldau, Bahnhof

Please use the Eichmatt parking lot, 150 m from the Arth-Goldau valley station, to drop off and pick up your group. It is not possible to drive to the station, as there is a driving ban in force.
For longer parking periods, please use parking lot A4, where the barrier opens automatically when you enter and exit by car. Parking is free for cars.

The parking lot is located directly at the Goldau A4 station, please note that it is not possible to board the train at the A4 station in a wheelchair. We recommend traveling from Arth-Goldau.
- Highway A4, exit (No. 38) Goldau, after approx. 200 m you will find the parking lot A4 directly at the line of the Mount Rigi Railways.
