Description
In 2012 this lakeside beach was voted one of the most beautiful swimming areas in Switzerland. It is located on the edge of Gersau and boasts a magnificent view of the village and the surrounding Alpine ranges. Cholplatz is family-friendly and has a children’s pool. Visitors particularly appreciate all the free toys and water play equipment (e.g. the large water trampoline and slide, the jumping bag and swings), as well as the delicious snacks served up in the lakeside pub. You can even hire stand-up paddle boards.
