The idyllically located barbecue area, with a little waterfall and a rocky crevice, is on the path between the Trieb alpine hut and the Hotel des Alpes, Rigi Klösterli.
There is another barbecue area just a few minutes from the Trieb mountain hut. Both barbecue areas are about 30 minutes' walk from Rigi Staffel and Rigi Klösterli.
