The panoramic and carefully prepared pistes, set against the stunning backdrop of the Alps high above Lake Lucerne, await beginners and more advanced skiers and snowboarders alike. Enjoy winter sports at their best on 5 km of perfectly prepared alpine slopes. The area is a popular starting point for snowshoe and winter walkers, cross-country skiers and touring skiers. Younger visitors love the two children's lifts at Scheidegg and Burggeist which help them enjoy their first attempts on skis on easy slopes.
