Anne Eberhard will open the festival with a musical, vitalising yoga flow and lead you back into tranquillity in a yin sequence. Strengthened by the elements of nature, you will be inspired to embrace every breath during a relaxing yet powerful yoga session by Nico Luce. Deborah Sellinger's workshop will be dynamic and deeply relaxing, taking you on a sound healing journey. Let yourself drift through the flow of the community and the festival grounds.
