High-quality products are as important to us as treating each other with respect. Fresh fish what else! from the surrounding lakes is served in the Fischerstube. But traditional dishes and Mediterranean delicacies are available, too. Naturally you also eat our food with your eyes.
A real highlight is Volker's braised «Brenni Haxä» with risotto in red wine und vegetables. Delicious dishes of wild game are also served in autumn. Usually, our menu is always seasonally adjusted.
An elegant distillate from the Z'GRAGGEN family is just what we need to round off a delicious meal. Distillates from Z'GRAGGEN are come in handy not only as a delicious beverage following a meal but also as a creative part of the dessert and other delicacies.
Are you travelling with your company or club? With its large panoramic windows and a fabulous view of Lake Lauerz, our restaurant offers a prospective 65 seats, while our beautiful outside lake terrace has room for about 100 guests. Naturally, it is possible to combine a visit, including a tasting in the neighbouring Z'GRAGGEN distillery, with a delicious meal at our establishment.
